To be given through IM route only

In Dogs 

To reverse IV Dexmedetomidine/ Medetomidine – 3.5 times the dose of Anesthesia used.

To reverse IM Dexmedetomidine/ Medetomidine – 5 times the dose of Anesthesia used

In Cats

To reverse sedation due to Medetomidine – 2.5 times the dose of Anesthesia administered.

To reverse sedation due to Dexmedetomidine – 5 times the dose of anaesthesia administered

Reversal of Xylazine – To be given at 25 – 50 micrograms/kg IM
