Tobramycin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of two medicines:
Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation which moistens the eyes/ears.
